Hannah and Josh tied the knot in early December at one of our favorite venues - The Standard. The Standard is one of Knoxville's most popular venues, giving bride's an industrial style blank slate to make their wedding dreams come to life!
These two have been together for almost ten years, so you could say that this was a long time coming! The bride and groom wanted a relaxed event that reflected their easy going and fun personality, but elevated the casual and industrial space. We landed on rich rust oranges and assorted olive and emerald greens.
Hannah wanted the ceremony to feel lush and simple! She loved the drapery in the ceremony space to help soften the harsh concrete wall, and we decided an organic arbor was the way to go! Our favorite greenery, smilax, gave this backdrop so much movement and personality.
Mercury and amber glass votives, lanterns, and candlesticks gave the most beautiful and subtle accents to reflect the candlelight and really let those colors shine!
Hannah's bouquet was one of our favorites of 2022. The rust accents of toffee roses, bronze mums, and rust kangaroo paw were stunning accents when mixed with whites and subtle blushes!
The v-shaped bouquet is a beautiful way to accentuate the neckline of your wedding dress as well! If you have a lot detailing or a unique neckline of your dress, this is a great way to go.
We will never get over how colored taper candles bring so much life to a space! This mixture of rust and olive candles brought color up and off the tables. It really gave some personality to those that we kept a little more simple! We also utilized eucalyptus in our amber jugs to tie in the more sage/olive runners on the farm tables. Amber bud vases added some dainty blooms to those simple tables too.
What a great way to end 2022! We love you guys and wish you so many more years of happiness!
